We want to thank our patients for their patience in supporting us remobilise back to “normality” We will be still adopting social distancing rules within the practice.  As a result we are unable to fully support a full waiting room, therefore our Triage system will remain in place in the interim, this allows us to manage to footfall within the practice to keep all staff and patients safe.  We will continue to ask that you wear a mask on entering the surgery, as we are responsible for all patients in the practice so if a mask is not worn and a positive case is around then we are required to inform all patients in the waiting area at that time, which can be difficult.  You will be asked on entry to wear a mask but if you cannot wear a mask please be respectful to all other patients using our service, you may be asked to wait outside.  This is purely because we have to keep everyone in the building safe, including yourself.

You can now order your prescriptions of our 24 hour answering line.  Please call 01333-406463, leave full details as requested.  You can also place your slip in the main drop off box in reception (between the 2 front doors), alternatively please order through your registered pharmacy.  If you wish to register for the App (Patient Access) then please call the surgery to obtain your pin and log in details. Or alternative email the practice at fife.f21524airlie@nhs.scot and we will happily scan and email you your pin and log in details.
