Medical Receptionist Vacancy

25 Hours per Week
Monday – Friday, 1.00 pm – 6.00 pm
Salary dependent on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a cheerful, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our friendly and supportive reception team at Airlie Medical Practice.  This is a varied and busy role within a GP practice and would suit someone who is flexible, motivated, organised and enjoys working with people.

The successful candidate will:

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Be confident multitasking and prioritising workload.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Be computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Work well as part of a team whilst also being able to use their own initiative.

Previous experience in a medical reception or similar administrative/customer service role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
