Our practice will be closed on the following dates due to the Easter holidays.  If you require urgent care on any of these dates or over the easter weekend please contact 111.  If your problem is life threatening please contact the Ambulance Service.

Please see your own pharmacy for their opening hours over Easter weekend and ensure you have collected your medication.
